By publishing your feedback on Zendesk Community you accept and agree to these Usage Terms:

Usage Terms

  • Adyen is moderating the content posted on Zendesk Community and may decide not to publish your feedback and/or to remove feedback that does not fit our Guidelines.

  • Adyen has no obligation to accept or publish any feedback posted by you on Zendesk Community but it does reserve the right to restrict or discontinue your access to Zendesk at any time without notice and for any reason, in its sole discretion.

  • You understand and agree that any content you post on Zendesk Community may be made (publicly?) available.

  • An account with Zendesk is required in order to be able to publish feedback, you can create an account by providing a name and email address

  • By submitting your feedback on Zendesk Community you are granting Adyen non-exclusive worldwide rights to republish, redistribute, or otherwise use this content in any way Adyen sees fit. 

  • When you submit feedback on Zendesk Community we process your name and email address. We use this data in order to identify you as the author of the feedback and in order to contact you, if required. 

  • If you would like your personal data to be removed from the Zendesk Community Adyen can anonymize  your feedback or remove it, at Adyen’s discretion

  • We only keep your data for as long as we reasonably need it for the purpose listed above. It will only be retained for as long as it is relevant and may be deleted by Adyen at any time.

Guidelines

The feedback you submit will be submitted in accordance with the Community Guidelines.
