How do I search for a payment?

Payment details can be  viewed in the Balance Platform via the Customer Area > Issuing.

1. Log in to the Balance Platform Customer Area with your credentials.
2. Go to Payments.
3. Select the search button in the right-hand corner.
4. Search for the payment instrument using the Payment ID, description or relayed authorisation reference.
