Whether refunds are enabled on your franchisee's terminals is a setting that can be changed in the Customer Area. To check whether refunds are allowed:
- Log into the Adyen Customer Area
- Navigate to Point of Sale > Terminals
- Locate the terminal in the list and click on the serial number to access the details page
- On the next screen, click on the Payment features tab and scroll down to Refunds to see the current value of this setting.
