How can we check if refunds are enabled for terminals?

Whether refunds are enabled on your franchisee's terminals is a setting that can be changed in the Customer Area. To check whether refunds are allowed: 

  1. Log into the Adyen Customer Area
  2. Navigate to Point of Sale > Terminals
  3. Locate the terminal in the list and click on the serial number to access the details page
  4. On the next screen, click on the Payment features tab and scroll down to Refunds to see the current value of this setting.
