What is the status of the payment in Essentials?

To check the status of a payment:

  1. Log in to Essentials
  2. Go to Payments
  3. Search using the PSP reference, merchant reference,  or any other filter. If you do not remember either of the following above, we suggest clicking the “i” button. This will give you other available searchable fields. Once you have found your payment, check the Status column for this payment
