How to download the Franchisor onboarding report?

In the Franchisor onboarding report, you can keep track of the status of the onboarding of your Franchisees. This is helpful to ensure a smooth and streamlined onboarding process by having an oversight of the progress or status of accounts. It is important to note that accounts can have four statuses: 

InReview

i.e Adyen team is reviewing the provided data

Unsuccessful

i.e there was an issue with the provided data and amendments need to be made

PreLive

i.e the account is good to go and will be able to process soon

Live

i.e the account is live and processing

 

To access the franchisor onboarding report, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Area.
  2. Select Reports > Account 
  3. Select one of the report you can use as a franchisor: 
    • Franchisee boarding status: In this report you will find information on the accounts which are not yet live and processing.
  • Merchant account and stores: In this report you will find information on the accounts which are live or pre-live (not processing yet, but almost ready to go).
  • Onboarding report error: In this report you will find information on the accounts that have gone “unsuccessful”.
