If there is a problem with the plugin it is crucial for our support or the partners to know what version of the plugin and platform you are using. This speeds up the process for the support team and allows us to help you quicker. This can be easily found in the Adyen Customer Area on the payment details page of a payment (and integration settings).
To find out the plugin version:
- Login to your Customer Area.
- Select Transactions > Payments.
- Select any PSP number which takes you to the Payment details page.
- Scroll down to the bottom until you see Application info.
