How can I access the admin menu?

Access the admin menu

Start by:

On Verifone terminals with a keypad, select 9 and then the Confirm key.
On Verifone terminals without a keypad, select Menu > Admin.

Enter the Admin PIN for the Admin menu and select Confirm. If you don’t have access to the Customer Area, please check internally.

Note: On Android Castles terminals there is no Admin Menu, instead you can access the terminal different features via the icons in the home screen (Settings, Transactions).
