Every year around January, Adyen generates and mails the 1099-K form to the last known address of all eligible account holders. If this was not received, please check if the current address associated with the account holder is accurate. Contact our Support team if you want the document to be re-generate using a new address.
Please note that Adyen has an API call /getTaxForm which allows the platform or the account holder to obtain the last generated tax form directly.
