How do I generate reports for my platform?

Depending on your Business requirements, Adyen is able to provide you with a variety of platform/AfP specific reports that help in the day-to-day operations of your platform. 

To access reports, navigate to the Customer Area > Merchant level (the merchant that is connected to your platform) > Reporting you will find the Platform specific reports available for download and automatic generation. 

The platform specific reports are generated by a different system then the regular merchant reports. Time Zones may vary between the reports and the time of day when the reports are generated may also differ. 

In addition, the platform specific reports are generally rather larger and will take longer to be generated.
