Why was a verification requirement marked as invalidated?

The reason for an account holder’s verification check receiving status Invalid Data can be be one of the following:

  • Listening to the ACCOUNT_HOLDER_VERIFICATION notification Adyen sends to inform the platform on the results of a verification check.
  • Performing a /getAccountHolder request. The response of this request returns a verification object which provides more information on the results of a verification check.
  •  Navigating to the KYC tab of an account holder in the Customer Area.
