Why do I not receive the Adyen notification for my platform?

In most cases, Adyen has sent the webhooks notifications correctly, however you might not see them for one of the following reasons: 

  • Not acknowledging notifications within 10 seconds, which will cause notifications to be queued. 
  • Not accepting notifications with the expected response.
  • Not having configured the expected notification type.

If you have checked for these and still do not receive the notifications, please submit a ticket to our Support Team.
