Find your refund letters
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Go to Transactions > Payments.
- Select the PSP Reference of the payment you want to refund.
- In Payment details, go to Refund letter and find the refund letter (if available).
Tip: When a shopper reaches out with questions for a refund, send them the refund letter as proof they were refunded.
Note: Refund letters are available for payments made via Adyen Acquiring, Visa, or Mastercard.
