Refunds are final
Once a refund is made, it’s not possible to reverse it.
Did you make an accidental refund?
For scheme payments (card payments), you can try a re-authorisation.
For bank transfer payment methods (such as Sofort, iDEAL or SEPA Direct Debit), the customer can transfer to the original bank account with the PSP Reference of the payment. The funds will then automatically be matched, and the payment status will change to RefundReversed.
This is a final status and can’t be changed.
