The PSP Reference number
Adyen gives every payment or modification request (such as refund) a PSP reference. This unique 16-digit identifier can contain numbers and letters (alphanumeric).
It's a good idea to include your PSP reference when in contact with us. This way, we can help you more efficiently.
How can you find a PSP reference?
You can find a PSP reference in your Customer Area, payment notifications, the API response, or reporting resources.
Find a PSP reference in your Customer Area:
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Select Transactions > Payments.
- Find the PSP Reference in the first column.
