What should I do if I lost the terminal?

If you lost your terminal or it has been stolen, please immediately report it to our Support by using our ticket form. Our support team can disable the terminal so it can't be used to issue refunds or take fraudulent transactions. In your message please indicate the serial number of the lost terminal (if known) and when you noticed that it became lost.

The terminal will be disabled as soon as possible and we will send you a form to collect additional details.
