The terminal status that you see in the Customer Area is not real time. It is based on the regularity with which the terminal reaches out to our platform. The terminal also needs to be boarded first before you can see this status change. If your terminal displays the "Board the terminal" message on the screen, then proceed with boarding it. Once the terminal is boarded you will see the status of the terminal change in the Customer Area.
This status will generally update with transactions performed, or when the terminal makes maintenance calls.
