Refunds can only be enabled or disabled by our support team. If you need to enable this feature, or if you are having problems making refunds, submit a ticket to our support team for assistance.
To check if refunds are enabled, you will need to have the serial number of the terminal to check.
- Log into the Customer Area
- Navigate to Point of Sale >> Terminals
- Locate your terminal in the list and click on it
- Click on the Payment features tab and scroll down to Refunds to see the setting
