How can I check if refunds are enabled for my terminals?

Refunds can only be enabled or disabled by our support team. If you need to enable this feature, or if you are having problems making refunds, submit a ticket to our support team for assistance.
To check if refunds are enabled, you will need to have the serial number of the terminal to check.

  1. Log into the Customer Area
  2. Navigate to Point of Sale >> Terminals
  3. Locate your terminal in the list and click on it
  4. Click on the Payment features tab and scroll down to Refunds to see the setting
