If you get an error message when trying to upload dispute defense documents, or cannot submit the documents you uploaded, please ensure the following:
1. The document complies with the file format, file size, and page number requirements. The requirements are listed in the defense document upload view in the Customer Area. Please note the requirements may vary between payment schemes.
2. For every defense reason code, you can upload 1 or 2 files to defend the chargeback.
3. You have not uploaded documents under multiple defense reasons. Check every available defense reason, and if documents are uploaded under multiple defense reasons, make sure to delete and upload only under one.
