If you see a double charge on your bank statement, please contact the merchant where you placed your order and ask them to refund the second payment. A double charge might happen when you refresh the page during a payment or click submit twice.
If the merchant confirms that only 1 transaction had successfully gone through, the other charge could simply be an authorisation hold from your issuing bank. This authorisation hold will be released within a few days. Alternatively, you can contact your issuer to have these funds released.
In case you transferred money to our bank account twice, the duplicate transaction will not match a payment request in our system. The second transaction will then be marked as unrecognized money and will automatically be returned to your bank account within 7 working days.
