I did not get a confirmation of my order

If you ordered something online, you should get a confirmation of your order from the webshop where you ordered your product or service. Adyen does not receive any information about the contents of the order, and we do not have the authority to confirm an order’s status.

Therefore, if you have not received a confirmation of your order, we advise you to contact the merchant directly. This is because Adyen is a payment service provider (PSP), so we are only able to process the order’s payment.
