Which login credentials do I use for accessing the portal?
After Adyen support has added Klarna as a payment method to your account, a Klarna account is created with a unique ID that is linked to the merchant account. Once created, Klarna automatically sends an email with login instructions to the Klarna portal. The email address that is needed for the login is the dispute email address that is given upon requesting Klarna as a payment method in the Customer Area.
