What functionalities are available in the Klarna merchant portal?

The Klarna portal can be used for our merchants that have a direct contract with Adyen. In the portal, the merchant has access to the following apps:

  • Users: in this app you can invite users and manage their permissions.
  • Orders: in this app you can see all the information that is related to a certain order. Functionalities: extend the expiry date, re-send invoices and export files.
  • Branding: in this app you can setup and manage your brand. Functionalities: change brand name, homepage url, instagram url, facebook url and the brand logo.
  • Insights: in this app you can have insights to all the data for your orders.
