How can I transfer funds into my Adyen account?

The quickest way to transfer funds into your Adyen account is by generating the required details for the bank transfer in your Customer Area. For more information, refer to our documentation.  

Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer using the details below.  With this method, it can take up to four business days for the funds to be available in your Adyen account.

Include in the remittance description: 

  • Exact merchant account name as defined on our platform
  • Purpose of the bank transfer (e.g. "Reserve", "Negative Payable Balance")

Here is an example of a correct remittance description:
