The chargeback is cancelled/ withdrawn by the cardholder, but is not reversed in the Adyen Customer Area

If a chargeback is cancelled or withdrawn by the cardholder and the status in the Adyen Customer Area is 'Lost', we require a bank letter with the date and the amount of the reversal.  Without the letter, we are not able to locate it in our database. 

If you have already obtained the letter from the cardholder, please attach it to your email and we will investigate it further. 

If the status is ChargebackReversed, the funds are credited to your account and no action is required.
