Klarna dispute defense using the Adyen Customer Area

Klarna chargebacks cannot be defended using the Adyen platform/ Customer Area. In case you received a chargeback, we recommend to first check, if prior to the chargeback, you received an email notification from Klarna asking for more information. 

If you did not receive an email, your email address is not yet registered in Klarna's system. We ask you to provide the correct email address to which you would like to receive these notifications and we will configure it accordingly.
