Why has the status of a dispute changed from ChargebackReversed to (Second) Chargeback?

The status of a dispute can change from chargeback reversed to (second) chargeback, because the cardholder's bank has declined the information that you uploaded in response to the first chargeback. 

Majority of the second chargebacks are issued, because cardholder's continue to challenge for example the delivery of goods/ services, or that the transaction is fraudulent. 

The second chargeback is often the final status of a chargeback and stands for a lost dispute.
