Before returning or replacing a terminal, you should troubleshoot your issue. This can resolve around 80% of terminal issues. You can troubleshoot by either:

- If that doesn't help, contact Adyen Support for assistance
If the issue can’t be resolved and the terminal needs to be replaced, you can request a replacement or return in your Customer Area. For information on how you do this, see replace or return terminals.
If you are not subscribed to the Terminal Replacement Service, you will have to order a new terminal and return the faulty one to Adyen to comply with PCI-DSS regulations.
