How do auto retries work?

Auto retries, a feature of RevenueAccelerate, automatically retries payments that have been declined due to technical errors. This can happen through a secondary connection or on the same connection. Adyen Platform data is used only to retry when there is a high chance of success to avoid unnecessarily incurring extra card network fees. This feature is free of charge and turned on by default on your merchant account. 

Results of auto retries can be found in the RevenueAccelerate Dashboard which is located at: Customer Area > Performance > RevenueAccelerate
